What would I be doing?
- Lead and mentor the collections team to achieve performance targets.
- Manage high-value or escalated accounts.
- Monitor aging receivables to ensure timely payments.
- Build strong client relationships to resolve disputes and secure payments.
- Refine collections strategies and processes for improved efficiency.
- Develop team members through training and support.
- Prepare and deliver accurate performance reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
