What would I be doing?
- Schedule and coordinate meetings to keep projects on track
- Organize and manage project documentation for accuracy and easy access
- Assist with subcontractor bidding and facilitate smooth sales-to-operations handoffs
- Track and update permits to ensure timely approvals
- Support Project Managers with administrative tasks, including material sourcing and condo documentation
- Manage job scheduling to maintain steady project progress
- Collaborate with the team to enhance efficiency and workflow
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Projects transition smoothly with well-organized documentation and clear communication
- Permits are processed and approved on time, minimizing delays
- Job scheduling is efficient, keeping projects on track and reducing turnaround time
- Sales-to-operations handoffs are seamless, ensuring clarity and momentum
