Entune Behavioral Health is an Outpatient Behavioral Health Group that offers individual, couples, and family
therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services in Arizona.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains Front desk daily operations and appearances
- Including but not limited to greeting and scheduling patients and visitors, calling patients to remind them of appointments, answering and routing calls, making transactions, assisting with medical records, completing referrals within the electronic health record (EHR), medical records, prior authorizations, tasking providers patient communication / requests, eligibility verification, faxing, scanning consults / consents, and keeping paperwork organized.
- The front desk representative mainly uses telephones and computers to communicate with patients and staff, so they must have basic knowledge of computers. The front desk representative must interact frequently with patients, medical professionals, and supervisors, meaning they must have excellent communication skills and be personable.
- Maintains patient confidence and protects clinical operations by keeping information confidential (HIPAA).
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to all policies and protocols.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Contributes to team effort by actively participating, contributing towards company goals and accomplishing related results as needed.
- Additional duties as appropriate.
