Your role as a Bilingual Customer Sales Specialist (Spanish Speaking)
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Customer Sales Specialist (Spanish-speaking) to join our growing team here at Entyre Care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for fast-paced environments, and driven to exceed targets. As a Customer Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective customers and successfully converting them into leads for our Nurses and Care Managers to meet with. You'll be handling a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls daily, and qualifying these prospective customer opportunities for the wider business. We're looking for compassionate, empathetic, upbeat and ambitious individuals who also have proficiency in various software tools (including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), and who can be a champion for creating and providing an exceptional customer and sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and eligibility assessments to prospective new clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders via phone and email interactions.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls with prospective customers in the community, who are keen on learning more about Entyre's services
- Understand customer needs, challenges and intent to ensure a strong fit and relationship with Entyre Care's services
- Manage our CRM software (HubSpot) to maintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactions
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, KPI's and performance metrics set out by our Director of Customer Experience
- Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Create and maintain documentation and reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices in customer interactions
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and take ownership of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion
Requirements
- Ideally fluent/native in Spanish
- Experience in a fast-paced sales, sales-adjacent and customer success role, preferably within healthcare services (although we can teach you the ropes)!
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence prospective customers, with a professional, genuine and compassionate demeanour
- Experience with high volume sales quotas and proactively thinking about new ways to approach customers in a target-driven environment
- Ability to quickly understand customer pain points and needs, and a problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Familiarity with MassHealth programs is a plus

- This role will be full-time onsite at our office over on Atlantic Avenue, Monday-Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm. We offer flexible working hours (7.00am - 3.00pm, 8.00am - 4.00pm etc) if necessary and you can work from home on Fridays!
- Due to the nature of the role, we will be offering a bonus initiative for every successful lead conversion that you make! Details on what the bonus will look like are still being confirmed
