Role
The Ohio State Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and growth of EntyreCare’s Structured Family Care program in Ohio. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in healthcare management, government relations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will navigate regulatory landscapes, advocate for program expansion, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Program Leadership & Expansion
- Oversee the launch and growth of our Structured Family Care program in Ohio.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of care managers, RNs, LSWs and support staff.
- Collaborate with leadership to align Ohio’s strategy & processes with overall company goals.
- Ensure compliance with Ohio Medicaid, Department of Aging, and other regulatory bodies.
Government Relations & Lobbying
- Build and maintain relationships with key staff from Ohio Department of Aging, Area Agencies of Aging (AAA) and other relevant regulatory stekeholders.
- Represent EntyreCare in policy discussions, industry forums, and advocacy efforts and help to shape Ohio’s SFC program
- Monitor state regulations and influence policies that impact Structured Family Care services.
Strategic Partnerships & Business development
- Develop partnerships with healthcare providers, other Medicaid providers, senior advocacy groups, and community organizations.
- Lead outreach efforts to educate families and referral sources about our services.
- Identify growth opportunities and work with marketing teams to drive program enrolment and visibility.

Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in process development and team leadership – Strong ability to design, implement, and optimize operational workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- 4 years of experience in healthcare management, Medicaid-funded programs, or aging services.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of navigating complex regulatory environments and influencing policy decisions.
- Experience in government relations, lobbying, or policy advocacy – Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key decision-makers at state agencies. Ideally with existing network in relevant agencies in Ohio.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field preferred.
