Position Overview :
We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Sales Development Representative to handle high-volume outreach to inbound leads. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging potential clients, identifying their needs, and coordinating appointments with our nursing teams. Leveraging HubSpot and other tools, you’ll ensure every lead receives timely, professional attention, contributing to the overall success of our care delivery process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inbound Lead Engagement : Reach out to inbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing information about EntyreCare’s services.
- Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified leads and the nursing teams, ensuring seamless handoffs and preparation.
- CRM Management : Use HubSpot to track, update, and manage lead information, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions.
- Qualification : Assess lead needs and eligibility through structured conversations, ensuring alignment with EntyreCare’s services and nursing capabilities.
- Follow-Up : Implement follow-up strategies for leads who are undecided or need additional information, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- Collaboration : Work closely with nursing teams to align schedules, prioritize high-value appointments, and communicate any special lead requirements.
- Performance Reporting : Track key performance metrics such as call volumes, lead conversion rates, and appointment scheduling success to measure individual and team impact.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify areas to enhance outreach and scheduling processes, providing feedback to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
