The Contribution You Will Make
We are looking for a Computational Biologist (Principal Scientist) with a strong background in proteomics and transcriptomics data analysis using Python and/or R and experience deconvolving complex biological signals in preclinical and clinical settings. As part of the Mechanism of Action (MOA) and Target Identification team, you will lead the analysis of large multi-omic data sets, supporting the advancement of our pioneering, nature-inspired medicines. Your work will directly contribute to developing first-in-class small molecule therapeutics at Enveda.

The Contribution You Will Make
We are looking for a Computational Biologist (Principal Scientist) with a strong background in proteomics and transcriptomics data analysis using Python and/or R and experience deconvolving complex biological signals in preclinical and clinical settings. As part of the Mechanism of Action (MOA) and Target Identification team, you will lead the analysis of large multi-omic data sets, supporting the advancement of our pioneering, nature-inspired medicines. Your work will directly contribute to developing first-in-class small molecule therapeutics at Enveda.
You Get To Collaborate On
- Design and implement computational workflows and infrastructure to identify novel therapeutic mechanisms from drug perturbation omics experiments and human clinical trial data
- Develop novel algorithms to integrate proteomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics data with phenotypic data (in vitro, in vivo, ex vivo, preclinical models) to determine the mechanisms of action of our medicines
- Discover novel biomarkers from human clinical data demonstrating target-engagement of clinical and preclinical candidates
- Lead the experimental design, execution, and analysis of preclinical MOA experiments,
- Develop infrastructure to rapidly analyze and visualize high-dimensional biological data
- Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Systems Biology, Bioinformatics, Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Over 5 years of post-PhD industry experience
- Proven success in collaborative projects related to elucidation of disease mechanisms in preclinical and clinical settings
- Expertise in analyzing large-scale multi-omics data particularly proteomics and transcriptomics
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling
- Deep familiarity with modeling in Python and/or R
- Ability to summarize complex results in concise written form and present to diverse audiences
