The contribution you will make:

You get to collaborate on:
- Helping build and operationalize the clinical development organization that will be responsible for advancing many novel medicines for approval and use by patients
- Oversee clinical program management functions
- Collaborate with the portfolio pipeline team to help articulate the clinical pipeline strategy
- Assist in the preparation of corporate, investor and board presentations
- Oversee and organize budgets, headcount and timelines for the clinical org
- Assist the CMO and Head of Early Development in optimizing the development and strategy of the Enveda pipeline
- Significant experience in operational and alliance management roles in a pharma/biotech or consulting organization
- Strong operational acumen and ability to organize timelines, budgets and headcount
- Ability to understand and translate clinical/scientific information
- Passion for biology and the application of science to the discovery of new medicines
- Ability to collaborate on strategy while utilizing goals and tactics to bring assets to the clinic and eventually to the market
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (including mastery of Powerpoint, Google slides)
- Prior experience leading a matrixed cross functional team consisting of representatives from R&D
- Science Education Background with deep understanding of biotech/pharma
