We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This vital role will serve as a cornerstone of our Field Operations.
Position Overview:
As an Area Manager, you will utilize your expertise in quality assurance, problem-solving, and relationship-building to drive success in our operations. You will play a key role in managing our teams and ensuring high service standards across your assigned communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Manage hiring practices, budget allocations, and cultivate relationships to ensure accountability within your area.
- Team Development: Set high expectations for your valets and provide ongoing support and training throughout their careers.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee operational needs, host community resident events, and ensure the highest service quality standards are met.
Community Engagement:
- Conduct in-person visits and calls to each community.
- Engage with property management teams to provide and receive feedback, collaboratively working towards solutions that enhance service quality.
- Conduct thorough walk-throughs and share constructive feedback with valets.
Auditing Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive audits of all communities and monthly light audits.
- Conduct audits of valets and services as needed.
Schedule:
This position operates on a hybrid schedule with responsibilities including evening service checks and daytime duties such as community visits, resident events, apartment association meetings, and administrative tasks. An example schedule may include daytime hours from 8 AM to 12 PM and evening hours from 6 PM to 12 AM.
Incentive Program:
You will be eligible for a quarterly incentive program.
Additional Benefits:
A vehicle stipend will be provided if a company vehicle is unnecessary.
