Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in water or wastewater treatment
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience is a plus
- Certifications in maintenance management or engineering are advantageous
