We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter in both English and Spanish, with strong background in recruitment. We are looking for a recruiter that will be going out on the field to talk to people looking for part - time or full time work in the commercial janitorial industry. They will either be posting ads or going out on field passing out flyers either at job fairs or different business around the area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct talent acquisition and recruitment processes for janitorial positions, focusing on bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including posting ads or going out to the field to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Manage the interview process, ensuring effective communication and relationship management with candidates.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate employee orientation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and enhance talent management strategies.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Strong talent acquisition and recruiting skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Experience with ATS and HR sourcing tools
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws
- Familiarity with employee evaluation and orientation processes
- Negotiation and interviewing skills
- Background in technical and executive recruiting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
