Area Manager Job Description:

Schedule - Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

· Labor Control and Management of the day to day budgets and working closely with your teams

· Inspect and view all locations in your area to monitor performance and job quality

· Maintain a positive work environment with employees while positively enforcing policies and procedures in our company handbook

· Safety enforcement with all staff ensuring weekly safety meetings are held and proper documentation is kept

· Consistent quality control check on the Special services, Quality Control Programs and quality of work performed

· Possess the knowledge to perform basic computer skills (Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel)

· Oversee employee time keeping reports and meet with our dispatch teams

· Enforce proper use and care of all division equipment and supplies

· Identify staffing needs and make those requests to Human Resources

· Direct, train, review and develop a plan for all employees and stay in constant communication with Human Resources

· Monitor training of new employees (TSOR) Train, Supervise, Observe and Review)

Skills We Are Seeking:

· Time management skills with yourself while keeping all other staff within the budgeted hours allotted and strong organizational skills

· Experience in training and supervising new staff

· Knowledge in the Commercial Janitorial Maintenance Field

· Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to adapt to constant changes in the maintenance service industry

Requirements

· Available Monday - Friday Evenings

· Valid CA Driers License

· Current Car insurance

· Documents to work in the US

Pay Range $24.00 - $25.00 Per hour

Job Type: Full-time
