What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floating Janitor in Rancho Cordova, Folsom and El Dorado Hills Area position at Environment Control?
We are a commercial maintenance company with 35 years of experience, proudly serving the Sacramento area. With offices across the U.S., each one independently owned, we are looking for a dedicated commercial cleaner to support our Area Manager during the week in cleaning various buildings throughout the Greater Sacramento Area.
*REQUIRES DRIVING YOUR VEHICLE!! (this position requires driving around to different buildings in the Rancho Cordova, Folsom, and El Dorado Hills area)
(We reimburse mileage drive time)
*STRONG CLEANER (4 -6 hours depending on coverage each night)
* WEEKLY PAY (Every Friday)
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday - 6:00 pm start time (4-6 hours per night) *
- Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Long term employment
- Work independently
- Reliable attendance!!!!!
- Ability to pass background
- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION DRIVERS LICENSE car insurance (we pay for travel time and mileage)
- Commercial janitorial cleaning experience is a must! **
This would not be the ideal job for someone driving a truck!
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of commercial facilities, ensuring all areas are tidy and hygienic.
- Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing as needed.
- Utilize proper cleaning techniques and equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Drive to various locations as required, maintaining a valid driver's license.
- Collaborate with team members to meet cleaning schedules and address any custodial needs.
