What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ergonomic Consultant position at Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc.?
Job Description:
- Conduct an ergonomic survey of identified jobs under the supervision of a CSP.
- Prepare documents detailing issues and recommend corrrections.
- Prepare a written report of findings for the customer on a weekly basis.
- When project is complete, prepare a final report of all findings and recommendations.
- Background in ergonomics (required) and industrial hygiene(preferred)
- Over 5 years of experience required performing ergonomic assessments
- Strong communicator
- Strong written records and report writing skills required (sample required)
- Local candidate required
- Must submit a weekly report on progress of project to customer and to ESS
- Bachelor's degree in human factor engineering, ergonomics, industrial hygiene or other safety related degree
- CSP/CIH/CPE strongly preferred.
