System Design and Implementation : Design and implement the companys Veeam Backup and Replication Veeam Service Provider Console Cloud Connect in a multitenant environment. This includes server architecture and implementation software installation and configuration of backup and replication jobs. Ensure Enterprise backup databases are configured and managed properly. Confirm multisite and 321 rule is applied to backup jobs.

System Administration and Maintenance : Manage and maintain the multiple Veeam environments to ensure optimal performance. This includes performing upgrades / patches managing capacities and ensuring systems uptime and escalating cases to Veeam support as necessary to provide swift resolutions.

Backup and Recovery Management : Oversee the organizational backup and recovery processes. Ensure all data is backed up according to RTO and RPO SLAs for both internal and multitenant use. Manage data recovery planning and perform periodic exercises to demonstrate restores and readiness in case of primary source data loss.

Disaster Recovery Planning : Contribute to the companys disaster recovery strategy. Implement disaster recovery solutions using Veeam Best Practices. Perform call tree and tabletop exercises for DR and BC for both internal and client teams. Should be able to perform Veeam DR independently if required by business.

Troubleshooting and Support : Handle internal escalated support issues related to the Veeam environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalate externally to Veeam Support as required.

Security and Compliance : Implement and enforce security controls in the Veeam environment. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to data protection. Should be aware of immutability concepts and latest offerings by Veeam on immutability.

Documentation and Reporting : Document all system configurations ITIL procedures and changes. Prepare regular reports on system performance backup status and compliance.

Cloud Components : Should have exceptional knowledge on Veeam SaaS products like Veeam Backup for Microsoft Azure and Veeam Backup for AWS and Google.

1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders

2.) To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced

3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning

4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administratorsorteam members preparing SOPs maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as and when required.
