Job Opportunity: Environmental Field Technician or Project Manager
About Us: Join our team of dedicated Environmental Industry Professionals specializing in environmental hazard assessment. We focus on air monitoring, building inspections, Right to Know inventory, and various environmental hazard-related testing services that includes asbestos & lead paint.
Job Requirements:
Reliability: You must be extremely dependable, with a well-maintained, reliable, vehicle.
Skills: Strong personal communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential.
Field Work: The job involves extensive fieldwork in NJ, PA, and Philadelphia, including nights and weekends as per client schedules.
Experience: Prior experience, particularly as a licensed asbestos professional in Philadelphia as an API or as an NJ Asbestos Safety Technician, is a major plus for Technicians. The Project Manager consideration requires extensive experience with asbestos, lead paint, and Indoor Air Quality Testing. Proposal & Report Writing a must.
Training: We offer in-house training and provide 3rd party training with specific stipulations.
What We Do Not Do: Our work focuses on environmental hazard assessment. We are not involved in activities such as saving trout, promoting sustainability, planting trees, or freeing whales.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform asbestos air monitoring and building inspections at client locations.
Manage Right to Know inventory.
