A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

n

In this office position, you are vital to the success of our technicians and our business. You are the face and voice of our company as you interact directly with our customers. When there are incoming phone calls, you answer them cheerfully. You answer any questions our clients may have with ease. Based on their needs, you schedule services and dispatch our technicians.

n

Additionally, you make outbound calls to potential clients, following up on sales leads to pitch services. You also call past customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they received. You love helping our operations run smoothly and take pride in providing top-notch customer service!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • n
  • Phone and email etiquette
  • n

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Service Fusion would be a plus. Can you provide excellent customer service? Are you a skilled communicator? Can you effectively manage a variety of clerical tasks? Are you highly organized and attentive to detail? Do you take pride in your work and have the desire to go above and beyond? Are you a team player? If yes, you might just be perfect for this office position!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

This clerical position is part-time or full-time and works a flexible schedule, Monday - Friday. Shifts typically start at 8 or 9 AM. Must be able to work Fridays.
