Environmental Devices Corporation, a growing small global business manufacturing company, is hiring for a part-time office assistant in the Purchasing Department. Flexible part time 32 hours per week, between Monday and Friday.
Quick Books entry experience a must. Duties include purchasing material, maintaining vendor accounts payable and receivable, International shipping documentation and filing.
The position requires attention to detail in fast-paced environment. The individual must be able to multi-task, be organized and work independently. This job requires someone with previous work experience of tasks listed above in a product manufacturing or production type work environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiently in Quick Books required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
