We're growing fast, and we need someone like you to help lead our team and manage projects from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing :
Managing Projects :
- You'll be in charge of overseeing restoration projects, making sure everything stays on track in terms of timelines, budgets, and quality.
- You'll coordinate the day-to-day work on a range of restoration jobs, from mold remediation to water, fire, and biohazard cleanup.
Leading the Team :
You'll lead a team of restoration techs, ensuring they have everything they need to do their best work.You'll provide training and coaching, help solve problems and keep the team motivated and on track.Resource Management :
Make sure we've got the right equipment, materials, and manpower for each job, and stay on top of scheduling to meet deadlines.Quality & Safety :
You'll keep an eye on the quality of the work, making sure it meets our high standards.Safety's a big deal, so you'll regularly inspect the work sites to ensure everything's up to code and safe for everyone.Client Communication :
You'll be the main point of contact for our clients during projects, keeping them informed, addressing their concerns, and making sure they're happy with the work.Building strong, long-term client relationships will be key to helping the business grow.Budget & Cost Management :
You'll keep a close eye on project budgets to make sure we stay within financial limits.Work with the estimating team to ensure accurate projections for materials, labor, and equipment.Problem Solving & Decision Making :
When things don't go according to plan, you'll step in to resolve issues quickly-whether that's with the team, the client, or logistics.Documentation & Reporting :
Keep track of everything : daily reports, progress updates, and all the necessary paperwork (like damage assessments and insurance records).Managing Equipment & Inventory :
You'll ensure all equipment is well-maintained and ready to go, plus manage inventory so we don't run out of the essentials.Risk & Compliance :
You'll make sure all work complies with safety and environmental regulations and properly handle any hazardous materials when needed.Conflict Resolution & Team Performance :
If issues pop up, whether between team members or with performance, you'll handle them calmly and professionally, always looking for ways to keep things running smoothly.What We're Looking For :
Proven experience managing restoration projects or something similar (construction, disaster recovery, etc.).Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.You're organized and can juggle multiple projects at once.You're detail-oriented and know how to keep projects on budget and on time.You're a problem solver who can think on your feet and make decisions quickly.You're comfortable talking to clients and building relationships.You know your stuff when it comes to safety and industry standards.Bonus Points :
Experience in the restoration industry or a related field.Relevant certifications or training (like project management or safety).Familiarity with project management software.Why Work With Us?
