Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Columbus, OH. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the Landscape Construction Division by managing key administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing to the success of our construction projects. This role requires proficiency in reporting, inventory management, and scheduling, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate detailed reports in NetSuite for month-end close, daily fulfillments, and crew clock-in / out time verification.
- Receive and manage inventory daily, including tagging new inventory and re-tagging items as needed.
- Write purchase orders (POs) for crew leaders and other construction team members.
- Assist in ordering hard goods and maintaining an up-to-date inventory.
- Build monthly inventory sheets and count sheets in Excel based on active Sales Orders
- Schedule Field Work Orders (FWOs) in NetSuite based on schedules provided by Project Executives.
- Work with Utility Locate process to ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines. Communicate OUPS numbers to Superintendents and Crew leaders.
- Support Landscape Project Executives with daily tasks and ad-hoc project needs.
