Part-Time Data & IT Specialist
Location : Remote Indianapolis, IN and / or On-Site Employment Type : Part-Time

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Manage and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate.
Develop and support applications using Power Apps to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in troubleshooting general IT issues and provide technical support as needed.
Manage and optimize cloud resources in Azure Cloud.
Collaborate with team members to create wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2–5 years of work experience in data management, IT, or a related role.
Proficiency in Power BI for report creation and data visualization.
Strong understanding of SQL for database management and queries.
Experience in data analysis and providing insights from large datasets.
Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation.
Experience with Power Apps for app development.
General understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting basics.
Experience managing cloud services on Azure Cloud.
Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a data management or IT support role.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with process automation in a business setting.
Background in UI / UX design using Figma or similar tools.
