Role Description
This is a full-time (Monday-Friday, 8AM - 4:30 PM) on-site Customer Service Manager role located in Hixson, TN. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, providing customer support, analyzing customer data, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Experience in the industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Two years of work experience in an administrative/office management role is a
- Accounts payable and receivable experience is a plus
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
- Must be a self - starter and driven
