Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Environmental Products & Accessories in Hixson, TN. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration
- Personnel management expertise
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM or HRCI Certification
