Job Description
EPG Territory Sales Manager will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Apopka, FL, with a territory of Central / North Florida spanning on the West Coast. This position will be focused on distributing our core products; Best-in-class Vactor combination sewer cleaners and Elgin street sweepers. You should be strategically located in this territory with travel required throughout. You will be joining a sales team of industry-leading sales champions.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience of conducting product demonstrations and completing sales of capital equipment. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out on the field. Experience in truck sales, especially Municipal & Contractor Truck Sales, is a large plus. Other job responsibilities include:

Salary: Starting $70,000.00 per year plus uncapped commission pay per current structure

- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
- Generate potential leads for future sales
- Set and exceed quotas
- Track and report sales in organized manner
- Communicate effectively with other members of team
- CRM experience a plus - Currently using Sales Force
- Full-time position
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce software
- Ability to travel 75% of the time
- Active Driver's License, with a CDL required in 4 months (Required)
- Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- Capital Equipment Truck Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- CDL Driver’s License, either have or willing to acquire
Salary: Starting $70,000.00 per year plus uncapped commission pay per current structure
