What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Risk Safety Professional position at Environmental Resources Management Southwest, Inc.?
ERM is hiring an experienced consulting Technical Risk Safety Professional, with significant consulting experience to support our Technical Risk Safety team in Dallas, TX and the Gulf region. As a senior leader, you will be fully accountable for performing technical procedure development for midstream, refinery and chemical plant operations. This is a full-time (40 hours a week) limited-term role with a duration of 2 months, extendable. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Implement strategic business / action plan, provide leadership, and deliver performance results to expand ERM's Safety & Risk client base in the Gulf region. Serve as a key member of the “core” technical team to drive double-digit profitable growth across the safety service line.
- Design and direct large programs / projects and multi-person project teams. Achieve client’s expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Lead personnel for overall success of technical team. REQUIREMENTS :
- BS / MS in engineering (chemical, mechanical, civil, petroleum), or related degree.
- 10 years relevant consulting / industry experience in working in safety services.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies in Safety & Risk.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and book personal sales in new safety consulting services.
- Recognized technical expertise by and established reputation in the local marketplace.
- Certification in field; PE, CSP, or similar registration highly desirable.
