EnviroTech Molded Products, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Administrative Assistant to join our expanding sales team. This new position will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales & Marketing Team with various tasks including order entry, BOM creation, customer management, and other administrative duties. This role offers excellent growth potential, with the possibility to advance into a Sales Coordinator position as the company continues to grow. This position can be full- or part-time.

Requirements
What Can You Expect to Do in This Role?
- Day-to-day communication with customers
- Provide order status updates
- Send shipment details and tracking information
- Expedite and de-expedite orders
- Cover for sales team members when they are traveling
- Create and verify BOMs (Bills of Materials)
You Have All the Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent related experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management experience
- Data entry experience
