Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Development :
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities with automotive companies and suppliers across the Bay Area and other regions in the US. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using various outbound prospecting methods including cold calls, emails, and networking. Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Look for opportunities to enhance service offerings and expand existing contracts based on client needs.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure a perfect match between client needs and available talent.
Conduct thorough market research to stay on top of industry trends, competitor offerings, and client demands. Utilize CRM tools to effectively track and manage all sales activities and communications with clients. Share insights on market conditions and suggest enhancements to our services.
Achieve or surpass sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales cycle duration, and client retention to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Associate's degree. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field is required. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is essential. A background in or strong interest in the automotive industry is highly desirable. Experience in staffing or recruitment sales will be an added advantage.
Skills :
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal abilities for building and maintaining relationships. A sense of urgency and impressive presentation skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales-related software. Solid problem-solving skills combined with a consultative approach to sales.
Location :
This position requires the candidate to be based in the Bay Area, CA, with the ability to travel locally and throughout the US as needed. The role also offers a flexible hybrid work environment, blending both remote and in-office responsibilities.
