Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary HR resource for assigned clients, managing day-to-day HR generalist activities.

Analyze client HR challenges and provide practical, compliant solutions.

Develop, revise, and implement HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and employee handbooks.

Manage full-cycle external recruitment for client organizations.

Maintain client onboarding activities using client technology platforms or Envision’s platform.

Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Compile and analyze HR data for reporting and special projects, including salary benchmarking.

Lead training sessions and deliver professional development presentations for clients.

Drive internal and client-facing workflow improvements and support change management initiatives.

Participate in professional development and lead cross-functional projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
- Strong working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems a plus.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
