Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR resource for assigned clients, managing day-to-day HR generalist activities.
- Analyze client HR challenges and provide practical, compliant solutions.
- Develop, revise, and implement HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and employee handbooks.
- Manage full-cycle external recruitment for client organizations.
- Maintain client onboarding activities using client technology platforms or Envision’s platform.
- Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
- Compile and analyze HR data for reporting and special projects, including salary benchmarking.
- Lead training sessions and deliver professional development presentations for clients.
- Drive internal and client-facing workflow improvements and support change management initiatives.
- Participate in professional development and lead cross-functional projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
- Strong working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems a plus.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
