At District 37 Kitchen & Taphouse, we're seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using the dishwasher or by hand.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by sorting and stacking clean dishes and utensils.
- Assist with the organization and stocking of kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Able to work well in a team and collaborate with other kitchen staff members.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift 40 pounds.
