Job Summary
The primary function of this position is to assist the credit union in achieving its vision to become the preferred financial service provider for all members. This is achieved by providing outstanding service to internal, external, and potential members and meeting the Service Promises and Standards of the credit union. A key component of this service is to identify the members’ financial needs and recommend appropriate credit union solutions.
Safeguards member information and credit union vital records in a manner commensurate with the sensitivity of the information and in compliance with the credit union's information security policies, standards and procedures.
Coordinates the key objectives for the Marketing Department including: branding, promotions, printed and digital communication, marketing supplies and graphic design. This position is also responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysis for all areas of responsibility.
Primary Responsibility
- Provides exceptional member service to all internal, external and potential credit union members and meets or exceeds the Service Promises and Standards of the Credit Union.
- Reviews Financial Center touch points and recommends changes, as needed, based on research and review of best practices and industry trends.
- Oversees Branch Marketing Audits to ensure that they are being completed in a timely manner and that audits are being completed correctly.
- Responsible for the quarterly publication of the Credit Union’s printed newsletter. This includes but is not limited to the coordination of: content, copy, graphics, printing, postage and delivery.
- Responsible for the monthly publication of the Credit Union’s digital newsletter. This includes, but is not limited to the coordination of: content, copy, graphics, printing, and delivery.
- Gives periodic status updates to management on outstanding and closed tickets, makes recommendations on changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Solicits vendors for quotes on needed services for the Credit Union and conducts an analysis of pricing.
- Builds and maintains a successful working relationship with all vendors.
- Works synergistically with those involved in a promotion or project to make sure that deadlines are being met.
- Provides graphic artwork for internal promotions, digital publications, signage, and various deliverables as needed.
- Responsible for the ordering, tracking, and replenishing of Marketing supplies needed by Financial Centers and Support Department, daily
- Assists with any needed aspect of promotions, events that support education, and other Credit Union events
- Makes regular updates to the Envision Website
- Coordinates employee incentives, creates contests, creates images/ posts, picks winners, and delivers gifts
- Creates engaging Powtoon videos for employee incentives, member incentives, and board meetings
- Coordinates member winners, creates contest, picks winners, coordinates pictures, and delivers gifts
- Responds and closes out Salesforce cases daily
- Responds to ENV-Marketing group emails daily
- Updates weekly rate changes on website and Salesforce post
- Recommends ways to improve the Social Media channels and increase our Social Media presence
- Attends meetings representing the marketing team, talks about current and future initiative as they relate to the topic. Brings takeaways to discuss with manager
- Sends emails through Pardot system to members and prospect lists, provides monthly data to manager
- Brings marketing trends to department meetings for discussion
- Communicates with financial centers with branding/campaigns are changing and ensures everything is current in branches
- Reviews social media calendars for accuracy, saves and files into correct folder
- Creates, orders, and disburses quarterly company t-shirts
- Performs other duties as assigned and supports all areas of the credit union and its affiliates

Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field; plus one year experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify.
- Must be bondable
- Ability to travel and provide own transportation
- Must be on time to work shifts
- Varying hours (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Must adhere to all applicable Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) laws and regulations.
Technical Requirements
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Moderate level experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat) is preferred
- Knowledge of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and YouTube) preferred
- Knowledge of MacOS and Microsoft Windows required
