Envision Radiology is adding a Culture & Engagement Project Manager to the team!
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Postion Pay Range: $70,200 - $87,750 | Located in Colorado Springs, CO
Opportunity for an additional, discretionary bonus available  


Summary/Objective

The Culture & Engagement Project Manager leads strategic projects to enhance company culture and employee engagement. Working with the Director of Culture and Engagement and senior leadership, the Project Manager drives cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, using program and change management principles. The role focuses on fostering a positive employee experience through continuous improvement and aligning cultural projects with business priorities and employee feedback.

Essential Functions

1. Collaborates with leadership to develop and implement programs that foster a positive workplace culture and employee well-being.

2. Designs and manages program planning tools, ensuring alignment with KPIs, progress tracking and program milestones.

3. Partners with the Director of Culture and Employee Engagement to provide change management and communication support, maintaining cultural focus during transformations.

4. Utilizes change management principles to ensure stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the lifecycle of programs.

5. Utilizes data-driven planning, incorporating employee feedback through focus groups and direct conversations to enhance program success.

6. Prepares leadership reports, including progress summaries, post-mortem analyses, and recommendations.

7. Builds strong relationships across all organizational levels (front-line to executives) and facilitates effective team meetings.

8. Recognizes employees in creative ways; leverages internal reward and recognition programs and evaluates other means of honoring employee successes.

9. Plans and executes in-person and remote employee celebrations and company events aligned to cultural programs.

10. Upholds organizational values with integrity and promotes open, transparent communication.

11. Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervision responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

• 2 years of program or project management experience, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented field.

• Proven experience in managing programs with strong problem-solving skills and integrity.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to align with program goals, identify issues, and manage budgets.

• Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational, analytical, and technical abilities.

• Excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.

• Leadership mindset focused on cultural investment, employee well-being, and company growth.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education, training and experience.

• Encouraged, but not required - Program Management certifications such as; PMP, PMI, PgMP, PRINCE2, Change Acceptance, Six Sigma, Agile, or otherwise
