Young Life seeks a dynamic and culturally intelligent leader to serve as the Manager of Staff Culture and Administrative Support. Key Responsibilities
Staff Culture Development

Cultivate an environment of belonging and trust that reflects Young Life's values and mission.

Provide and support cultural intelligence training and resources to enhance cross-cultural relationships throughout the mission.

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement initiatives that strengthen team belonging and engagement.
Data Analysis and Facilitation

Collect, analyze, and interpret organizational and ministry-related data to support informed decision-making.

Prepare and present data reports, visualizations, and recommendations to leadership and staff.

Facilitate regular data review meetings to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Equip staff with data literacy skills through training sessions and one-on-one coaching.

Act as the liaison for external vendors supporting org-wide culture surveys
Administrative Support

Oversee administrative processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.

Manage calendars, schedules, and logistics for leadership and team meetings.

Coordinate communication and documentation to support staff and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in staff development, cultural intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of cultural intelligence principles and their application in organizational contexts.

Experience 5-7 years in projects focused on the development and implementation of belonging and staff engagement

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization.

Experience in training staff in data literacy, 3-5 years

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience with vendor relationships 2-3 years
