Graphic Design Specialist

Envision Radiology is adding a Graphic Design Specialist to the team!
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Position Pay Range: $47,800 - $59,750
Opportunity for additional, discretionary bonus available. | Role is located in Colorado Springs, CO

Summary/Objective:

The Graphic Design Specialist focuses on creative design and digital media. Working closely with the Digital Content Specialist, they will help create engaging, branded print materials (flyers, brochures, posters etc.) for the Sales & Marketing Team. The position demonstrates a thorough proficiency of graphic and logo design, and must demonstrate an understanding of typography, branding, color theory, and the importance of white space. The role will also be responsible for creating and managing digital signage content for patients and employees.

Essential Functions

1. Assists with graphic design for print, web, ads, digital signage etc.

2. Designs and creates print and merchandise materials to support the Sales & Marketing Team.

3. Assists with print management with vendors to ensure affordable, high quality, and timely print production.

4. Assists with patient re-engagement, digital branding, and target audience advertising strategies.

5. Assists with special digital/design projects as requested.

6. Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in graphic design - previous healthcare industry experience preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac and/or PC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc.)
• Detail oriented, attentive to detail, excellent proofreading ability
• Self-motivated, a problem solver, and a team player
• Basic photography and videography production and editing experience - preferred
• HTML, WordPress, Adobe Premiere, and Mailchimp experience - preferred
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
• Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
• Strong communication skills & professional demeanor

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related visual or creative field preferred or equivalent education, training and experience.
