Job Responsibilities:
- Performing personal care such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, transferring, and incontinence care.
- May perform light housekeeping such as keeping patients living area clean and orderly, changing sheets, and making their bed.
- Meeting the safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly: footstools, side rails, oxygen, etc.
- Reporting on patients condition and significant changes to the RN Case Manager.
- Adhering to the organizations documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
- Must have a current and up-to-date WA Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA)
- Current drivers license, auto insurance, reliable transportation
- CPR Certified through the American Heart Association
- Must have at least a year of experience in a similar setting.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to transfer and position patients independently and safely.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
