Envision Hospice was established in 2005 by six healthcare professionals who wanted to make a difference in their community.
We are looking for a caring and hardworking Part-Time Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide services to patients receiving hospice care in Kitsap County, including homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.

Job Responsibilities :
- Performing personal care such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, transferring, and incontinence care.
- May perform light housekeeping such as keeping patients living area clean and orderly, changing sheets, and making their bed.
- Meeting the safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly : footstools, side rails, oxygen, etc.
- Reporting on patients condition and significant changes to the RN Case Manager.
- Adhering to the organizations documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
