About the Position

We are seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead Gateway Center's strategic growth by securing new funding sources and developing strategic partnerships.

Gateway Center is a private, not-for-profit organization providing services for adults with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to serve adults with developmental disabilities, offering a range of residential and day programs.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is $150k to $180k annually, complemented by medical, vision, and dental insurance.

Job Description

The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, programs, employees, and facilities, ensuring alignment with our mission and local laws. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic plans for growth and innovation
• Maintaining a strong, effective organization
• Fostering collaborative relationships with clients, families, donors, and community partners

Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek a results-driven leader with at least 5 years of senior non-profit experience, demonstrating skills in financial management, board development, and communications/public relations.

• Proven track record in sound fiscal management, including budget preparation and analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with Boards of Directors to cultivate relationships
