Envision Technology, an innovative small business providing advanced electro-optical solutions for defense applications, seeks a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, the ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and executing strategic marketing campaigns through creative marketing initiatives and proactive sales efforts to ensure our brand thrives in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team and Envision Technology business partners to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales forecasting.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Envision products as necessary.
- Find solutions and drive tasks in the Manchester, NH office in support of the remotely located Sales Team.
- Provide quotes/responses/proformas on RFQs.
- Review all quotes for technical configuration compatibility and suggest new products to replace old ones as appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to promote products/services across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, emails, social media updates, and promotional materials, to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed with the leadership team members.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Developing and editing videos and images to support brand & product awareness.
- Support all aspects of Trade Show planning, marketing and execution.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (preferred) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant sales and marketing experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related sales and marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (email marketing, social media platforms and analytics tools).
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, able to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to move up to 25 pounds.
