Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through outbound calling to address inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in our database using computer systems.
- Assist clients with their needs by providing timely solutions and support.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with customers via phone and email.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Handle data entry tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy in client records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in English.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including data entry and office software applications.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- (Minimum Experience) Bachelor’s degree and no experience

- At least 2 years of customer service experience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.80 - $22.70 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
