Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join our team and help us in building and customizing insurance policy management systems using Guidewire Policy Center platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of insurance industry workflows, and experience working with Guidewire Policy Center.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and implement Guidewire Policy Center solutions
- Customize and configure policy management systems to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Guidewire Policy Center
- Perform unit testing and code reviews to ensure high quality deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience working with Guidewire Policy Center
- Strong knowledge of insurance industry processes and workflows
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and XML
- Experience with Guidewire Configuration (PCF, BC, TS, XML), Gosu scripting, and Guidewire Integration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
