What this role looks like :

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the VP of Marketing to oversee and execute strategic marketing initiatives, with a specific focus on digital channels. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on management of our website, email marketing, online banking platform, and mobile app. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, results-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. What you'll do :

  • Digital Marketing Management : Oversee the strategy, design, and optimization of the Envista Federal Credit Union website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and marketing goals. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including workflows, automations, segmentation, and performance analysis. Manage and enhance the user experience on our online banking platform and mobile app in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Create and maintain landing pages for campaigns and other marketing efforts.
  • Strategic Leadership : Support the VP of Marketing in developing and executing department-wide strategies. Serve as a key point of contact and leader within the marketing team, helping to guide and mentor team members. Oversee the marketing specialist and engagement specialist roles, leading day-to-day oversight of marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and within our community engagement initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital platforms. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to campaigns, events, and user experiences.
  • Collaboration and Communication : Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure digital platforms support organizational objectives and enhance member experience. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Innovation : Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, UX / UI design, and financial services marketing. Recommend and implement new tools, technologies, and practices to improve our digital and overall marketing efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience :

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years focused on digital marketing.
  • 1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience managing websites, email marketing platforms, and digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and email automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX / UI principles, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate with a team.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
