Job Description :

The Technician 1 role labels, assembles and packages dental implants and abutments in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities include :

Accurate and efficient assembly, labeling and packaging of dental abutments and implants in a clean room environment

Interfaces with Quality Control, Manufacturing Technicians as necessary to assure output and quality meet and exceed standards

Understand and comply with safety and area cleanliness requirements

Understands and complies with FDA, QSR and ISO 9001 requirements

Capable of conducting all TPM (Total Production Maintenance) requirements

Must be able to train co-workers when needed (mentor)

Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements : Critical Knowledge :

• High School diploma, some college preferred.
• Must understand technical drawings
• Understands own tasks and how they relate to others on their team. Works under close supervision where duties are clearly defined. Will follow standard work applicable.
• Completes required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Understands and complies with all safety and area cleanliness policies, must successfully complete all SOP Training
• Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training and classroom instruction.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Target Market Salary Range :
