We are looking for someone who is empathetic and patient being able to support him being out in the community.
Main duties of the job
Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions. Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions. Providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Working Hours : Term Time :
Monday – Friday : 15 : 30 – 20 : 30
Saturday & Sunday : 09 : 00 – 19 : 00
School Holidays :
Monday – Sunday : 08 : 30 – 20 : 30
Key Responsibilities :
- Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
