Job Description
The Lubrication Technician will be responsible for ensuring proper preventive maintenance is completed on critical and auxiliary machinery associated with 24/7 pellet manufacturing. This involves meticulous adherence to approved procedures, identification and documentation of out-of-specification equipment, and submission for follow-on inspection/corrective maintenance as applicable. Driving continuous improvement of the lubrication and associated preventive program is also included.
- Perform routine lubrication preventative maintenance on all equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections on all machinery and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair identified issues
- Monitoring and maintaining inventories of fuel, oil, filters, etc.
Requirements
A minimum of ten years experience working in a manufacturing environment is required. Meticulous attention to detail and demonstrated knowledge and skills in hydraulics, lubrication, and mechanical equipment are essential. Experience with vibration analysis and precision alignment is a plus. OSHA 10 General Industry certification and ability to pass Enviva generated hazard recognition test are also required.
