About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Roller Head Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous assembly, installation, and rebuild of roller heads according to approved procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and prepare roller heads for disassembly to ensure accurate rebuilding.
- Complete the proper installation of bearings for roller head assembly with correct parts.
- Utilize specialized tools for assembly, installation, and rebuild of roller heads.
- Perform grease purging of roller head assemblies and grease blocks.
Requirements
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working Conditions
The successful candidate must be willing to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment. They must also be able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment.
