Working Conditions:
This role requires working in an outdoor environment, occasionally in temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees. You must be willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment. You will also be required to work at high places more than 175 feet, use man lifts, and work in confined spaces. You must maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment. You may be required to work evenings, weekends, and overnight to address unexpected site issues with or without notice.
Physical Requirements:
You will need to be able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and crawling and pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day. You must be able to work in high places more than 175 feet, use man lifts, and work in confined spaces. You must also be able to work around moving equipment and machinery. You should be able to pull and lift up to 50 lbs. You must be able to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

- Monitoring vessel loading to ensure it meets quality and quantity targets.
- Communicating with ship crew and operations team to ensure seamless coordination.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of load plans to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:

- Previous experience in maritime operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
