What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRT Patient Care Coordinator (Hormones) position at Envizion Medical?
HRT Clinical Support Specialist – In-Person (Lutz / Land O’ Lakes)
Location: Corner of Sun Lake Blvd & Hwy 54
We are seeking a passionate, organized, and patient-focused individual to join our Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) department. This in-person position is based at our Land O’ Lakes office and is an integral part of a tight-knit team that includes two other support staff and one provider. This is not an entry-level job or a stepping stone — it’s a key role at the top of the department, and we are looking for someone committed to making a long-term impact.
If you’re someone who lives and breathes hormones, who feels energized by helping people reclaim their vitality, sleep better, and feel like themselves again — this is your home.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the heart of the HRT department — build relationships with patients and become the person they ask for by name
- Prep electronic charts and ensure all paperwork is complete, including current ID uploads
- Communicate daily with patients, pharmacies, and providers via phone
- Take incoming patient calls for refill requests, medication changes, scheduling, and general support
- Make outbound calls to leads, encourage program starts, and remind existing patients to reorder
- Assist with medication orders and verify patient eligibility
- Coordinate appointments and telehealth check-ins
- Handle in-office visits: record vitals (BP, weight), review charts, and assist the provider as needed
- Ensure all interactions are professional, enthusiastic, and supportive of patient success
Who We’re Looking For:
- Must have prior medical experience — this role is not suitable for someone just exploring the field
- A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people and making them feel cared for
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with experience in electronic health records
- Positive, proactive, and dependable — a team player who naturally takes initiative
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys patient care
- A strong personality that helps anchor the department and make it run efficiently
- Lives locally and is excited about a long-term role in a family-like work culture
- Enthusiastic about hormone therapy and motivated by the life-changing results it brings to patients
Why This Role Matters:
This is not just an administrative role — you’ll be helping patients who are often exhausted, frustrated, and seeking real solutions. You’ll be part of the journey that helps them feel alive again, whether that’s through boosting energy, improving sleep, reducing hot flashes, or restoring balance.
We’re not looking for someone to just show up — we’re looking for someone to plug into our purpose, be part of our team, and light up the department with care, competence, and energy.
