Envocore, LLC is an established national leader engaged in the engineering, designing and installation of energy-efficient systems. Our company designs and installs projects for a wide range of Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Medical, Governmental, Institutional and Retail facilities across the United States. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in our Operations Department.

In this position, the Administrative Assistant will report to the Director of Operations Support. The Administrative Assistant will provide office support to the operations team. The Administrative Assistant must be able to work independently and professionally in a high-volume environment and interface with various levels of management as well as functional departments.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

· Act as a liaison between own project group and other departments, external partners, and clients to satisfy construction requirements.

· Assist with the collection, proofing, assembly, and distribution of construction documentation (submittals, O&M manuals, warranty information, closeout documents, as-builts, etc.).

· Inventory, distribute, track and oversee the calibration of M&V equipment.

· Receive M&V equipment from field, download and edit data, and submit information to engineering team on prescribed forms.

· Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondence on assigned projects.

· Compose and/or edit meeting agendas and minutes, letters, memos, reports, proposals, procedures, processes, etc.

· Assist with material procurement by creating purchase orders and tracking orders from purchase to delivery.

· Assist with project logistics by obtaining quotes for material storage, disposal, and equipment.

· Obtain certificates of insurance and payment & performance bonds as required by contracts.

· Provide fleet support and other duties as needed.

Education/Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience; Proficient in Excel, Vista Viewpoint and/or Procore experience a plus; Accurate keystrokes a minimum of 65wpm; Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Salary : $15 - $21
