Account Executive

Our extraordinary in-house design team offers inspired new ideas curated with our worldwide partnerships from renowned manufacturing facilities to showcase luxurious, trendsetting, high fashion décor for the home. Our products include but not limited to: pillows, bedding, furniture, pet accessories, tabletops, table linen, and more.

As a wholesale Account Executive, you have a demonstrated history of nurturing and overseeing customer relationships. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets. This role involves close collaboration with our Design and Production teams, emphasizing business development and the delivery of outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Practice proactive communication to ensure regular engagement with buyers, fostering strong relationships and understanding of their evolving business needs.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
• Develop tailored sales presentations that highlight the unique selling points of products, addressing gaps or desires of target buyers.
• Continuously research and stay updated on the latest trends in home design and décor.
• Regularly review and assist updating showroom displays to maintain visual consistency and maximize product visibility.
• Develop strong understanding for product categories assigned.
• Collaborate with Production to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate order process from receipt to delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Buying in fashion, wholesale, home goods, or consumer products.
• Working knowledge of home textiles (bedding, pillows, table/kitchen linen), fabrics, textile printing methods, and embroideries is preferred.
• Versatile, self-motivated, and innovative individual with keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work well independently as well as within a group.
• Proficient in MS Office suite; excellent Excel skills.
• Eager to stay current on design trends in the consumer home market.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year*
