Product Development Manager, Apparel

The Product Development Manager, Apparel will support the growth and innovation of our new apparel division. This position will support the design, development, and execution of apparel products, ensuring they align with EnVogue’s commitment to fashion-forward thinking, affordability, and quality. The PD Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to launch successful products that resonate with our customers and elevate our brand in the apparel market.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development process for new apparel collections from concept to production, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market trends.
• Manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely execution of product releases.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors partners to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely production.
• Conduct fabric and material sourcing, working with suppliers to select the most appropriate materials.
• Stay ahead of apparel market trends and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Work with the sales team for buyer requests and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Technical Design, Garment Construction, Fitting, and Pattern Making knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, Fashion Merchandising or related field
• 3 years of experience in fashion product design/development in the apparel industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year*
